Okay, finally able to get this back and scan it.
So the assignment for drawing 2 was this: get an old painting and recreate it with a more recent art style. So I chose Vincent Van Gogh's "Starry Night". So I decided to turn the setting into a setting from Dragon Ball. On the left I replaced the tree with Korin's tower. And at the bottom I replaced the town with a Toriyama style city and etc. I'll let you spot the other references. I'm really proud of this one so...

If you look near the top of Korin's Tower on the pole. One of the designs is kinda "funny". Download the pic, zoom in, and see if you can spot it.
